`crates/storage/opendal/src/lib.rs` keeps tests for every backend in one module, for example the `relativize_path` tests for memory, fs, s3, gcs, oss and azdls and the S3 credential-loader test. Move each backend's tests into its own module, keeping only cross-backend tests such as the client-config and factory tests in `lib.rs`.
