What Speed up Substrait IN and NOT IN literal set conversion. Why Sorting repeatedly formatted expensive literals. Local int64 benchmarks improve by 53-72%. String and boolean literals keep the existing path. Implementation Precompute sort keys for expensive literal types. Sort keyed literals, then convert them in the same order.
