Previously, the table returned by a LoadTable() on a REST catalog did not have any way of exposing what scan planning mode the catalog is trying to enforce on this table. In cases where the catalog is enforcing server-side scan planning, the caller would have to rely on errors and/or missing files through the Scan() interface, to realize that server-side scan planning is necessary. This change exposes a ScanPlanningMode() function on a table.Table that exposes this value as returned from LoadTableResponse, through the convenient fact that this config is stored inside the table as a scanPlanningIOProp. If the catalog is not enforcing a particular scan planning mode, this method returns an empty array. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
