### Apache Iceberg version main (development) ### Please describe the bug 🐞 RowDelta requires every data file referenced by a DV or position delete to already exist on the branch head. A data file added in the same commit, or earlier in the same transaction, is not on the head yet, so the commit fails with "referenced data files missing". This blocks a core CDC case: when one PK is updated several times in a batch, the new data file holds every version, and older versions need deletes on that same file. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
