Thanks @laskoviymishka! All addressed — dropped the `test-utils` feature and the optional `expect-test`, moved `test_runtime` into `iceberg_test_utils`, tightened the `scan.rs` fixtures to `pub(crate)`, and removed the stale `allow(missing_docs)`. `iceberg::test_utils` is now `cfg(test)`-only and gone from `public-api.txt`. Kept `check_record_batches` in-crate — it has no cross-crate callers, so moving it would only add `expect-test`/`arrow`/`itertools` to the shared crate.
