## Which issue does this PR close? Closes #2934. ## What changes are included in this PR? - Support configurable page sizes for REST namespace and table listings. - Respect server defaults, client settings, and server overrides while continuing to return complete listing results. This continues the work started in #3168 and has been coordinated with its author. ## Are these changes tested? - 85 REST unit tests and 2 doctests passed. - Live REST fixture integration coverage and the existing REST namespace/table suites passed before rebasing.
