Ok so the plan is an iceberg table will, in addition to data, will keep "index files", that will be updated (or added/removed) accordingly when commiting to the table. In addition, Flink will keep its own index (and maybe "bootstrap to some extent from the table index), that will also update from irs own writes for performance reasons so it doesnt have to constantly read from the table index.
