Follow-up to the `file` type work tracked in #17919. The `file` type needs the same REST treatment variant got in #17500: the OpenAPI spec should describe how a file column appears in a schema, and the REST Compatibility Kit should cover creating and evolving a table with a file column so catalog implementations are checked against it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
