Review Comment:
Restored this as a real schema/spec check in b65f16196: resolvable specs now
call PartitionSpec::partition_type against the task schema, while historical
specs with dropped source columns retain the explicit compatibility path.
Partition values are still not inspected. Added a regression test for a
transform that is incompatible with an evolved source type.
