Sounds good. A good start would be to fork the current crate into `datafusion-contrib/datafusion-iceberg`, and let it diverge from what exists in this repo as contributions start coming in. `datafusion-contrib` might be a better hosting organization initially, as it will allow the project to grow quickly with contributors that are not necessarily Apache members with committer access. If the crate grows big and stable enough, we can think about hosting it in upstream `apache/datafusion`, but that will require involving more people in the discussions.
