Write a geometry and geography column through the data file writer and assert the geometry column's manifest bounds decode to the expected planar XY box while geography stays unbounded. Complements the internal TestWriteDataFileGeoBounds by driving the full public writer path. Geo defaults remain null-only per the Iceberg spec, already enforced and tested elsewhere.
