Review Comment:
   True. I confirmed the endpoint text says `cancelled` is invalid for 
`planTableScan`, while the status value is still valid for polling responses.
   
   I added docs on `PlanStatusCancelled` and `PlanTableScanResponse` to make 
that distinction explicit: initial `planTableScan` responses with `cancelled` 
should be treated as errors.
