This is a big Flink change and we decided that we would like to have one last Iceberg release which supports Flink 1.20. We will move forward to Flink 2.2 in the next Iceberg release. @pvary @mxm Another solution could be that we remove support for Flink 2.0, while maintaining support for Flink 1.20/2.1.
