### Feature Request / Improvement
Currently it is not allowed to assign UUID when using Catalog.TableBuilder
to build new iceberg table. It would be useful for user to assign custom uuid
when using Catalog.TableBuilder.
Add interface function like this in TableBuilder
```
interface TableBuilder {
/**
* Assign a UUID to the table.
* @param uuid a UUID string.
* @return this for method chaining
* */
TableBuilder withUUID(String uuid);
}
```
