Review Comment:
   I renamed it to `request-event-count` to be more in-line with `request-id`.
   
   Yes, they can. I would prefer to not specify this. We might have a single 
transaction generating more than a pagesize of events. The client knows via 
`request-event-count` how many events it needs to collect to keep transaction 
semantics.
