Previous PR #13101 for issue #13097 focused on REST server tests. Didn't
completely resolve the issue for Spark tests.
After this fix, the spark tests passed in my local env (without /etc/hosts
workaround).
```
./gradlew -DsparkVersions=4.0 :iceberg-spark:iceberg-spark-4.0_2.13:test
```
Will create a separate PR for backport to 3.4 and 3.5. Hopefully, it will be
a clean backport.
