The Iceberg Slack Community is very active today and receives a lot of questions on a daily basis. For most of the beginner level or even deeper questions, the Iceberg docs & Github code repo becomes the source of truth to gain knowledge on solving specific things or understanding 'how' a specific design principle works in Iceberg. It looks like a lot of these questions can be answered using AI (trained on public facing Iceberg docs and Github source code) which can significantly improve developer experience and help users get prompt responses to their questions without having to wait for too long. Deeper Practitioner-based questions will still need to be discussed with the community on Slack. [Kapa.ai's Open Source Program](https://docs.kapa.ai/kapa-for-open-source) provides qualifying open source projects with access to AI-powered support and onboarding bots entirely free of charge (close to 10,000 questions per month). Other projects in the OSS space such as Polars, Langchain, Nuxt have greatly benefited from it. I think this could be something valuable for the Iceberg community to improve their overall experience.
