### Feature Request / Improvement Hello, The Java API supports performing a table scan for just the incremental changes between two snapshots: https://iceberg.apache.org/javadoc/latest/org/apache/iceberg/IncrementalChangelogScan.html How feasible would it be to support the same in PyIceberg?
