### Apache Iceberg Rust version 0.5.1 (latest version) ### Describe the bug iceberg-catalog-sql is not published see https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/blob/79711acc921b4d25c3583bc0ea9628fe64a057e1/.github/workflows/publish.yml#L44. This is because the ownership of [this crate](https://crates.io/search?q=iceberg-catalog-sql) is not apache iceberg pmc.
