   I'm getting the same error when trying to run the pyspark code locally on my
PC, not via glue.
   I'm using the exact same config builder as you did, can you elaborate/or
share you code that works?
   specifically what is the
**...assume-role.tags.LakeFormationAuthorizedCaller** value your'e putting,
i've put 'test' and in the Cloudtrail i see the request triggered with
"LakeFormationAuthorizedSessionTag": "LakeFormationAuthorizedCaller:test", and
i get access denied.

   In lkaeformation I've updated the Application integration settings ->
Application integration settings -> Allow external engines to filter data in
Amazon S3 locations registered with Lake Formation -> Session tag values -> test

   followed the guide here:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lake-formation/latest/dg/permitting-third-party-call.html
