### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Iceberg-rust has added support for some metadata tables, and there is on-going work to support more metadata tables. This work is tracked in https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/issues/823 But the data fusion integration does not support querying the metadata tables. I have a PoC that extends this integration so that data-fusion can be used to query the existing metadata tables.
