### Proposed Change This document proposes IRC APIs that engines can use to build multi-statement multi-table transactions across catalog. These APIs aim to solve 2 main use cases: 1. Ability for engines to load SNAPSHOT ISOLATION consistent table state across catalog. 2. Make it easy for engines to implement "Read your writes" within multi-statement transactions.
