For pyiceberg, we run a [docs build in CI](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/blob/a84689d307949a8e42c4ce591d3362b5a1e3875c/.github/workflows/python-ci-docs.yml#L47) to check that the docs can be properly compiled.
