It appears that we don't have a separate status code for `NamespaceNotEmpty` in the spec and as @Fokko already mentioned the server would return a 400. I've opened https://github.com/apache/iceberg/pull/12505 to properly propagate that 400 to `NamespaceNotEmpty` to the client -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
