   While it's possible to do this, I suggest we avoid that direction. Placing 
them in the same workspace would require every rust developer to build both the 
Python and C bindings. I don't want to disrupt the rust core development 
experience, such as having `cargo clippy --workspace` fail due to missing 
Python headers or certain C libraries.
