I gave it some more thought, and I was wondering if you could explain why the function that splits based on dots is located in `JdbcUtil.java`. In my opinion, since namespaces should be split at dots regardless of whether they are used in JDBC or FILE, it seems more appropriate to handle this at a higher level.
