### Query engine _No response_ ### Question Hello Iceberg community. I saw that in the recent `1.7.0` release you moved the Kafka-Connect Iceberg sink to this project, which is great. I however do not see it published (as you do it for other runtimes, e.g. Flink, Spark) at [1.7.0 Downloads](https://iceberg.apache.org/releases/#downloads). I also did not find it at https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/iceberg/iceberg-kafka-connect/ I would like to use it in a Docker image and download the official and signed release from somewhere.
