Review Comment:
   This multi-stage build just copies the files into the container, which 
doesn't make much sense. Either we should:
   
   - Remove this stage, since it doesn't add any value. In line 23 we copy the 
jar into the container, and at line 33 we copy it from the builder container 
into the runner container.
   - Do the actual build inside this container, which is I think the way to go 
since it also will make the releases using the CI easier and self-contained (so 
we don't rely on the JDK of Github Actions).
