   +1, and I think the [ASF released 
policy](https://www.apache.org/legal/release-policy.html#what) also suggests 
that we should "hide" the nightly build from non-developer as much as possible. 
We could also consider other ways of separation: For example:
   - [Arrow support both arrow-nightlies conda channel and alternative 
pypi](https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/python.html#installing-nightly-packages)
   - [Ray directly post daily released 
wheels](https://docs.ray.io/en/latest/ray-overview/installation.html#daily-releases-nightlies)
