   I can insert a string column to an iceberg UUID column but
   
   ```python
   df = df.withColumn("id", lit(str(uuid.uuid4())))
   ```
   but I can't insert a byte column to an iceberg UUID column
   
   ```python
   df = df.withColumn("id", lit(uuid.uuid4().bytes))
   ```
