During [the discussion](https://lists.apache.org/thread/1rnk9c1ldjhd160bfxvdyk7mlkzrjj03) of the first release, we see some problems that we need to improve with our scripts: 1. Add doc for verifying release. A good example can be found in [java repo](https://iceberg.apache.org/how-to-release/#how-to-verify-a-release) 2. Missing scripts for checking license/header. 3. Release scripts contains unnecessary things like .gitignore, .asf.yml. 4.
