I have implemented the writer support in [icelake](https://github.com/icelake-io/icelake) so I'm glad to migrate them into iceberg-rust. I'm glad to take most of the work but it's not necessary to be completed myself. I'm glad to see any good suggestions and contributions. For now, I have drafted an interface design on https://github.com/apache/iceberg-rust/pull/135 and I hope it can be a start point to discuss how to design the interface.
