The error says the equality delete file doesn't match the predicate, ie
`streamCount(deleteFile) <= 1`.
```java
int maxRequestCount = mode == COPY_ON_WRITE ? 3 : 1;
assertThat(deleteFiles).allMatch(deleteFile -> streamCount(deleteFile)
<= maxRequestCount);
```
