Review Comment:
When Trino supported Nessie catalog, we moved `loadTableMetadata` from
`NessieTableOperations` to `NessieUtil` to avoid code duplication in Trino as
has its own `NessieTableOperations` impl.
Similarly when view is supported for Trino, we need this function in Trino.
So, keeping here can help in the same purpose.
