### Feature Request / Improvement As discussed in the mailing list, and [described in this doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bE1DcEGNzZAMiVJSZ0X1wElKLNkT9kRkk0hDlfkXzvU/edit), I'd like to add two new types to Iceberg: `timestamp_ns` and `timestamptz_ns`.
