Okay, so the last commit adds Scala 2.13 to the generated bom. I tried to basically eliminate the `scalaVersion` property, but that turned out to be a huge change, so I went with the approach to "fake" all the Spark/Scala version dependencies in the bom. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
