No, I don't need a database connection... I just want a main and a mapping pipeline and I want to know how/where the table input is located how you defined the default values for those variables. It sounds to me that you are just missing a default value for the table input variable in the pipeline where your table input is. But from the text and screenshot alone I do not understand what is inside the mapping and what is in the main pipeline.
