Kevin Geiszler updated HBASE-30478:
-----------------------------------
    Description:
There are two issues with artifact cleanup.

1. The Read-Replica Jenkins test will pass on the first run, but subsequent
runs will fail because artifacts from the previous run cannot be removed due to
permission issues. We need a Jenkins run to clean up these artifacts when it
finishes (regardless of pass or fail).
{code:java}
[2026-10-07T19:01:41.934Z] DEPRECATED: The 'Wipe out repository & force clone'
extension is deprecated for Pipeline jobs. Pipeline users should use the
deleteDir() step instead.
[2026-10-07T19:01:41.934Z] Wiping out workspace first.
[2026-10-07T19:01:43.697Z] ERROR: Checkout failed
[2026-10-07T19:01:43.698Z] Also:   java.nio.file.FileSystemException:

 Operation not permitted{code}
2. HBASE-30465 made a change where HBase logs from the read-replica container
are saved after each pytest runs. These logs are owned by root and cannot be
cleaned up at the end of the Jenkins run, resulting in a failed run even when
all tests have passed.
