getTableRegionsAsMetaEntries extracted the encoded region name by toggling on every '.' in the hbase:meta row key. When the table name or start key contains a '.', the extracted name is wrong, so extraRegionsInMeta reports healthy regions as extra and, with -f, deletes them from meta. Take the encoded name from the end of the row key using HBCKRegionInfo.encodeRegionName() instead. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
