Under https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-3938 JLine was upgraded
to 3.x in ZooKeeper. It will be released in 3.10.0, 3.9.5 ZK versions. After
these ZK versions will be released and if we upgrade ZooKeeper in HBase, we can
also upgrade JLine to 3.x in HBase.
