Description:
Step 1: Clean up/Audit JIRA
Step 2: Perform a dry run and validate artifacts
Step 3: Do a real run and publish
Step 4: Verify published artifacts
Step 5: Propose a release and send vote mailto [email protected]
Step 6: Complete voting process and close RC
Step 7: Based on status of RC take action:
- If RC == FAIL: repeat step 1 to 6
- Else if RC == PASS: complete release
