So I've finished one round for alignment.
HBASE-25694 is waiting for the backport PR result, and HBASE-28238 is still
waiting for backport PR. All other issues are fixed or have reasons to ignore
for alignment.
Will update the ignore file and run the audit tool again.
I think we are close to the final 3.0.0 release now!
