Hi everyone, should we create a sub-task to try to add a new module called
hbase-chaos and add to assembly? With the above set of changes since we will
end up removing all test jars from our assembly, chaos monkey and all its code
will be gone and may need to be manually copied (just wanted to call this out).
Currently all the code resides in hbase-it.
