Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-2183:
------------------------------------------

[~klausf] A couple of things:
 * For the moment, I'd suggest the work-around of disabling the resize support
in VNC on those connections.
 * The Catalina output is not going to be much help - it's likely that guacd is
crashing, so if you can provide the guacd logs, that would be more useful.

I'm looking around to see if we've already got a fix in for this issue, as it
sounds familiar to me, like something we may have already patched.

> guacd crashes when you move or resize the browser window

> Project: Guacamole
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: guacd
> Affects Versions: 1.6.0
> Environment: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
> Reporter: Klaus Fuerstberger
> Priority: Minor
>
> The client is connected via Guacamole VNC via ThightVNC. No special settings
> were made in the connection.
> 3 monitors are connected to the target host.
> As soon as the client moves the browser window after connecting or changes
> the size, an extremely large number of connection attempts are made in a
> single second. If you continue like this, guacd will crash at some point.
