The internals of {{guac_recording_create()}} and
{{guac_terminal_typescript_alloc()}} share nearly identical code for creating
destination files and appending numeric suffixes when necessary to avoid
overwriting existing recordings/typescripts. This should be extracted or
replaced with a common, reusable function that avoids such duplication.
