The scrollbar of SSH terminal emulator allows manual scrolling through clicking
and dragging the scrollbar handle, but does not implement clicking within the
scrollbar track as a means of jumping to a location. This is a relatively
common UI paradigm for scrolling and should be supported by the emulator.
