Nick Couchman commented on GUACAMOLE-2097: ------------------------------------------ [~251804743]: This feature already exists - I use Guacamole on a daily basis, and I am constantly copying and pasting text between my local laptop and the remote (usually RDP) servers to which I am connected through Guacamole. i do not have to paste the text into the text box in the hidden menu, first - Guacamole automatically synchronizes the clipboard data and makes it available to the connections. The only thing to note is that each browser works a little different in how you allow access to the clipboard, and you do have to grant Guacamole access to the clipboard. Some browsers (or versions of browsers) do not allow this to function unless you use https:// to connect to Guacamole. So, if it isn't working for you, it's likely that you are either not using https and your browser is blocking it, or you haven't granted permission for the Guacamole website to access the clipboard. > real-time synchronization of the clipboard between the local host and the > remote host > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: GUACAMOLE-2097 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-2097 > Project: Guacamole > Issue Type: Wish > Reporter: peterzhou > Priority: Major > -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
