There is bug connecting to the new Gnome remote deskop server (and KDE/Plasma)
that appears to be fixed in main as detailed here:

...this is not yet available for docker users. Any chance a tag could be made
at this stage for testing? Both the latest Gnome and KDE/Plasma releases have
new vastly improved RDP servers that work with Wayland - but Guacamole is
currently unable to connect to them in the tagged releases. This could be big
boon for remote admin of Linux desktops.
