I'm currently seeing a regression where VNC connections that were formerly
working are now failing unless resize is disabled. I don't see this issue
across the board, but the following are failing for me:
* The built-in VNC server that comes with Mac OS
* The TightVNC server provided in Ubuntu 22.04 (v1.3.10-5)
In each of the above cases, guacd reports "Error handling message from VNC
server". I'm not sure if this is because we're sending something wrong and the
VNC server is bailing out, or if the VNC server is sending something unexpected.
