Has any decision been made internally on this topic? Just asking if there is a 
rough plan which version might be the last with Tomcat 9 and at what point the 
move to 10 might happen.

I am considering doing what Libor has done, forking and modifying 
guacamole-common. [~libor.svehlak] I suppose your fork is not publicly 
available somewhere?
